LAKE CHARLES, La. (Dec. 20, 2017) — The Verandah at Graywood, a premier, award-winning independent living and assisted living retirement community in Lake Charles, Louisiana, has embarked on a 40,000-square foot expansion to add a new, state-of-the-art, 27-unit Memory Care Wing and 24 additional assisted living apartments. When construction is completed in fall 2018, the community will offer a complete Continuum of Care allowing for a seamless transition from one level of care to another depending on the individual needs of its residents.
